I think it's worth noting I'm not the only person that has had this problem. It's as if it's getting stuck in the cache somewhere. Restarting deluged removes the hash from the UI but replaces it with the original torrent name. The files delete (torrent files and the downloaded folder/files) just fine but the name of the torrent in the UI (both Deluge-GTK and Deluge-Console) turn into a hash and won't be removed. Torrents that are added automatically through Medusa however, I can not delete totally. Torrent and Magnet's added manually through Deluge-GTK on remote client do not produce this result.
